New WBC Champ Gwilym Davies

Espresso Parts would like to congratulate Gwilym Davies the new World Barista Champion. I guess “Britannia rules the waves” once again.
Sunday’s final round for the championship was very tight. All the competitors demonstrated new levels of coffee professionalism and expression. Some of us EP crew were in attendance and some of us at home glued to laptop monitors for the duration. In any case it was a spectacle to behold and a pleasure to watch.
