Hey Charlie,
The Sproline tips are threaded with a machined British Standard Pipe Thread (usually shortened to BSP or BSPT). All espresso machines use their own, proprietary steam wands when they come off of the assembly line. These wands all differ in their diameter as well as their thread pitch; both critical parameters. Most common after-market steam wands use a 10mm x 1mm thread size, which is different than BSP, although both are “metric”. Long answer short: no. As we do not have a steam wand for the “Fracino” units on hand to try out our tips on, it’s impossible to say whether any of them will fit correctly.
Excellent — yet another element to explore!
Any explanation on the intended effect each of these designs has?
Those will be coming soon on our website.
